Our history
Resekompani AB started its business activities in 1990 and currently runs a travel agency, primarily in Sandviken. The other office, which is located in Tällberg, is manned by one of the joint owners. The office only serves as a workplace and as a base for regional network activities and as a business base for the joint owner in the capacity of group travel producer. Turnover is normally around SEK 37-40 million, but in a good year can peak at SEK 50 million. A very small part of the business provides traditional travel agency services. Private travel sales concluded on May 1, 2001. Today group and conference trips make up the core of the business. In 2004-2005 a trial was carried out on a relatively profitable incoming activity. We are currently developing this element. Business missionResekompani AB is basically a full service agency for business, group and conference customers and shall offer Swedish small and medium sized companies organisations, qualitative services and products to competitive prices. We direct our services to travel and conference buyers where we together develop content, plans as well as implement and evaluate arrangements with total responsibility or for agreed parts. Resekompani AB shall also provide services and develop them within all forms of meetings, small and large. In addition, our competence and capacity within incoming and incentives are to be distinctly developed and marketed. Our business mission is to be perceived as a leading partner to quality conscious business, conference and group travel customers. We shall produce and develop our products and services with high availability, in close co-operation and with humbleness for the customer’s demands and wishes.
